Please follow us for up-to-date parking and traffic information and instructions including road closures and detours. If you are traveling north via the New York State Thruway, please be aware that RT.17N at Exit 15A is one lane through the Town of Sloatsburg. To avoid possible significant delays in arriving at the Faire, please consider the NYS Thruway Exit 16 in Harriman and RT. 17S as an alternate route. Additionally, Benjamin Meadow Road via Bramertown Road/Orange Turnpike will be closed from 8:30 AM to & 7:30 PM. If your GPS directs you this way, please disregard it. For best access to the Faire, please follow the posted signs on Rt. 17 and 17A to our parking lots. PREFERRED PARKING
Preferred Parking - when you're within half a mile of the Faire, turn on your hazard lights to indicate that you wish to park in the preferred lot and you will be directed accordingly. Preferred parking is $20 cash. This fee will be collected by the attendant and then you will be directed to your spot. Our preferred parking lots open at 7:00 AM. Note that these lots fill quickly, so we encourage you to arrive before 9:30 AM for availability. Please note there are a limited number of spaces for large SUVs and trucks in Preferred Parking. PARKING LOT LOCATION INFORMATION:
Free Parking (Lots 3 & 4) is available on the right side of 17A west as you approach the Faire from Rt.17. Free parking opens at 7:30 AM, with complimentary shuttle service drop off across from the Front Gate offered approximately every 15 minutes. A walking path is also available from the free lots to the front gate. Preferred Parking (Lots 1 and 2) are also on the right as you approach the Faire from Rt. 17A west, approximately .5 mile past the free lots. A short, paved walking path connects Lot 1 to Lot 2. For your safety, please use the walking paths and do not walk on the shoulder of 17A. Accessible Parking is available in all lots. Dedicated accessible parking is in Lot 1 and Lot 2. If Lots 1 and 2 are full, mini-shuttles are available from Lots 3 and 4, with room for mobility assistance equipment in the cargo area of the vehicles. A full size shuttle bus is also available, but many of our guests find the mini-shuttle option more physically accessible and better suited to the transport of wheelchairs or walking assistance devices. FRAUD AND TICKET SCAM ALERT: We have received recent reports of ticket fraud and scams. Please know that the New York Renaissance Faire cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through any entity other than RenFair.com or ShowClix. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or inflated tickets, purchase them directly and only from the New York Renaissance Faire website, in person at our venue box office directly. Any sort of ticket scalping is strictly prohibited by the New York Renaissance Faire. As always, the only way you can be 100% sure your tickets are real and will get you in is to buy them from our sources. Together we can fight fraud.
