Tustin Street Fair & Chili Cook-Off Sunday, June 7, 11am-6pm @ Peppertree Park & Old Town Tustin The streets are filled with fascinating sights, sounds and the enticing smell of food.

For over 30 years, thousands of people converge on Old Town Tustin the first Sunday in June stretching for blocks on El Camino Real from First to Sixth Street. Exhibitors, crafters, local organizations and restaurants take part in this one-day celebration. Fifty of the best chili cooks vie for first place trophy so they can move on to the world Chili Cook–Off sponsored by the International Chili Society

At the final Concert in the Park on July 30, the 2025 Street Fair and Chili Cook-Off officially concluded with the distribution of funds to the non-profits whose volunteers helped make the event a success. This year, $17,000 was awarded to 11 Tustin-based non-profit organizations.
