AI is changing the way we work, but knowing where it actually makes sense in your business is just as important as knowing how to use it.

This week, TPA welcomed Ethos AI for a great conversation about the opportunities AI is creating for businesses and how organizations can approach it strategically and responsibly.

From improving efficiency and streamlining everyday processes to making better use of data, the discussion gave our members plenty to think about as AI continues to become part of how we do business.

Mike Woods, Director of Sales with Fiesta Pools and Spas, gave us a look at a Tulsa company with an impressive 70-year history and only two local owners since 1956!

Mike shared how the pool and spa industry continues to evolve, from custom pools and wellness products like saunas and cold plunges to saltwater hot tubs and smart monitoring systems that allow homeowners to track chemical levels right from their phones.

He also shared what sets Fiesta apart as the only Master Pools Guild member in Northeast Oklahoma, along with some great insight into everything from challenging backyard installations to swim spas and even craning hot tubs onto rooftops!
