I’d like to start by saying thank you to all of our first responders, nurses and doctors on the frontlines of this pandemic. We whole heartedly appreciate the risk you take daily, and all your efforts to keep us safe and healthy.
At this time, everything is so uncertain, financially, emotionally, and otherwise. I had hopes to have Woofstock 2020 this October, but with the current state of the country, I’m unsure whether that’ll happen or not. I’m optimistic, and I have planned that if we’ve settled down by August, we will definitely have Woofstock 2020. I’m hoping for the date of the 17th of October. This year, more than ever, it’ll be so important to come together as a community to support each other, our love of animals, and boost our small businesses that have been unable to remain operating during this time. Moose’s Meals will be assisting me with this years event, and if you haven’t heard of them, check their page out. It’s our first local food pantry for our furry friends. There will be big changes for this years event, new activities, different food vendors, more funds raised for Valley Oak SPCA, and a new category to our pet contest!
