What an outstanding KCBS event with a world class field. Congrats to Take It Easy BBQ on the GC, with a perfect score in chicken and a perfect 180 in brisket and an overall 700 and Eleven Thirteen Q for their RGC and a 700 - in four years Eleven Thirteen Q has been a GC and an RGC. Congrats to Bleed Blue BBQ for their perfect score in Ribs and Janky Leg BBQ for their perfect score in pork. Congrats for 700 scores also to Janky Leg BBQ and Only Cans Competition BBQ. That's a tough field. Congrats to our back yard winners, Rudes BBQ on their GC and Fire Pig on their RGC. A great weekend and thanks to all who participated.

Two more sleeps until Smoke N For The Kids in Tri Township Park in Troy. Festivities start at 11:00 on Saturday.
