Meg's will be back this week at the Flea, Makers & Growers Market. see you Thursday 7am

Taking things a little easy this week...

After an amazing weekend that completely cleared out my shelves, it's time to restock and focus on a stack of custom orders that need my attention. πŸͺ🧁

I don't think a lot of people are aware that I run my trailer a little differently than most food trucks or concession trailers.

Everything is baked at home, packaged, loaded into the trailer, and restocked as needed throughout the week. I don't have a commercial kitchen full of employees keeping things stocked behind the scenesβ€”it's just me, my family, and a lot of late nights. πŸ˜…

One thing I pride myself on is keeping the line moving. Instead of making people wait while I bake on-site, I focus on having products ready to go so you can grab your snacky snack, drinky drink, and get back to enjoying your event.

This week will be a little quieter while I restock inventory, work on custom orders, and continue making improvements to the trailer.

I'm also working on a few things behind the scenes (and behind a computer screen) that were HIGHLY requested this weekend. πŸ‘€

A lot of you asked about merch, easier ways to keep track of where the trailer will be, and a few other fun ideas... so I'm seeing what I can make happen. Stay tuned. 😏

πŸ“ This week's stops:

Thursday, June 25 – Alparon Community Park (7 AM–1 PM)

Saturday, June 27 – Martha Lloyd Copper Tree Store (11 AM–6 PM)

Thank you for keeping me busy, supporting my crazy ideas, and helping Meg's Midnight Bakery continue to grow. Every sold-out shelf, custom order, shared post, and recommendation means more than you know. πŸ–€

Look who's coming to the Flea and Vendors market this Thursday morning............

Well... the forced week off is officially over. πŸ–€

Last week wasn't part of the plan, but sometimes you're given an opportunity to slow down, regroup, and take a hard look at what is and isn't working.

I've spent the past week listening to feedback, reworking things behind the scenes, updating the trailer, simplifying parts of the menu, adding new items, and focusing on what Meg's Midnight Bakery is really becoming.

And I'm excited to say...

🚚 I'M BACK IN ACTION THIS WEEK!

If you've been asking how you can help support Meg's Midnight Bakery, the answer is simple:

πŸ–€ Come visit the trailer.
πŸ–€ Check out the updates.
πŸ–€ Try the new menu items.
πŸ–€ Order yourself a snacky snack and a drinky drink.
πŸ–€ Bring a friend.

I've also been working on special menus for each event this week, and I'm hoping to start dropping those tomorrow. Trust me... I've got some fun and tasty things planned. πŸ‘€

Thank you to everyone who checked in, sent messages, offered support, shared posts, and continued cheering me on while I took a step back to regroup. It means more than you know.

Now let's get back to what we do best...

✨ Snacky Snacks
πŸ₯€ Drinky Drinks

See you this week!
