* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
* 1 ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
* Juice of 1 lemon

# # # 🔥 Instructions:

1. **Prepare the marinade**

* In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, cumin, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, and lemon juice until it forms a paste.

2. **Season the lamb chops**

* Rub the marinade generously over the lamb chops, coating both sides.
* Cover and refrigerate for at least **1 hour** (overnight gives the best flavor).

3. **Cook the lamb chops**

* **Grill method:** Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for **3–4 minutes per side** (for medium) or until your desired doneness.
