Downriver Christmas Light Festival First Annual Downriver Christmas Light Festival with live music nightly from local Youth Groups. Fun for the whole family. December 14th - 21st from 5-9pm.

the Downriver Christmas Festival was created this year to give families a place to go to enjoy Christmas lights and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. It is a donations only festival and all proceeds raised will go to youth organizations and schools in our area. There will be live choirs and bands each night. Santa will be there for the kids to visit. A fire will be blazing in the pit outsid

e as a gathering place for families to warm up. There will be cookies and hot beverages for sale as well. Our goal is to get 10,000 people to come out for the opening ceremonies on Saturday December 14th at 5pm. We will be honoring those in the armed forces that can't be home for Christmas and then everyone will sing Silent Night before we hit the lights. Invite your friends , family, and church groups.
