Trenton SchoolHouse & Gymnasium The Trenton Community Center is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the historical Trenton SchoolHouse.

The Gym and the Cafeteria are open for public rental for a variety of event types. Due to Halloween falling on the last Saturday in October this year, we are going to try to mix it up and try something new. The annual Trenton Halloween Carnival will be held on FRIDAY October 30th this year! We will push start times a little later to accommodate working families and give everyone time to join in on the excitement. Please help us spread the word so people can go ahead and mark this date down for spooktacular family fun!

It’s been quite an eventful week at the Trenton Gym!

While installing the ductwork for our new air conditioning, we discovered that a hive of 30,000-50,000 honey bees have taken up residence in the back wall of the gym. With a little help from the experts, a couple bee suits, and some soapy water, Jessie’s Heating and Cooling was able to keep buzzing right along 🐝

We are happy to report that no humans or bees were injured during the process, and our hive should be making its way to its new home over the next few months.

Honey anyone? 🍯🐝🤣
