GOOD MORNING FROM TRENTON, MAINE! A frosty morning at that!

We have been very, very busy getting ready for our opening weekend!

I don’t think I’ve written on social media, but my sign on RT 3 had a big mishap this winter in a very bad windstorm, so I decided to start from scratch, but spring weather was always cooperative, but we are close to getting it finished and up in the next week or so 🤞! Whew!

There’s always plenty of scraping, painting, staining, sweeping, raking, cutting and burning to do, but it feels great! Carpènter extraordinairè Travis has helped make it all happen!

I’m so grateful to have Lumberjacks Dylan, Johnny and Frank back and a caravan of young athletes are carBrandon Graves to Maine as I write! Coach Brandon is sending a Team from Finger Lakes Woodsmens Team to Maine this summer, introductions to come!

And as always, we love our amazing concession and ticket team!

We got a load of American flags this morning from Carrol Leland and our team will be up early tomorrow morning to volunteer and adorn Trenton with them! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🪓

Shows are this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00P, tickets online or at the door! Rain or shine! We start our nightly shows on Saturday, June 13th

It’s season 31 and I’m feeling SO GRATEFUL! YOOO HOOO!

Happy Mothers Day to all!

If you are like me, I love flowers and I recently traveled to England for a family wedding and a few of us took a side trip to The Netherlands to visit dear family friends and we got to see LOTS OF FLOWERS with some amazing Moms!

Thought I would share this article with you! It highlights the Maine folks who have been on Survivor, including one who won... Bob... and one who did the opposite... ME!

I've gotten to be good friends with Bob and PPeggy Crowleyover the years, we even went on a 2 week trip to South Africa to play a Survivor style game against SA Survivor contestants in 2019! It was such a MEMORABLE adventure and I made lifelong friendships on that trip! We raised funds for a Christian Academy and another thank you to BBill Weibeland SSusan Weibelfor creating their magic in bringing us all together for common good!

I said to the author of this story, Ray, that he better not write more about Bob than me, and he said 'He won Tina'... to which I responded 'Not in Log Rolling, he can't beat me at Log Rolling!!!'

Paramount/CBS have all of the seasons of Survvior available , you can catch me on Survivor 12 - Episode 1 and The Finale, so it won't take you long! 🤣🤣😬💪🪓

We had a wonderful visit from Lumberjack Johnny’s mom this week!

Johnny, who is from Rochester, NY and was a collegiate athlete at Finger Lakes Woodsmen Team, stayed in Maine this winter and is working at a local construction/building company and his mom came during a school break and although she’s been here several times in the summer to see her son, she enjoyed a winter visit this week!

She and Johnny got some quality time and I jumped in too! I took her skiing in Acadia, we went to enjoy live music in Ellsworth, a beautiful walk on Hancock Point, where we saw the house from Stephen Kings Pet Sematary 😳

When I took her to the airport, I drove by King’s house, where this AMAZEBALLS chainsaw carving is and happened to meet the carver last month!

Then drive her by another Bangor landmark… the Thomas Hill Standpipe! It was built in 1897 to provide water storage for fire-fighting and to regulate pressure in downtown Bangor! It holds 1,500,000 gallons of water in a riveted wrought iron tank!

Most every day is GROOVY!

I visited him the other night after I donated blood, I’m almost to my 4 gallon pin!

Winter in Maine is incredible, tons of snow, so there are a lot of folks outside enjoying their favorite winter sports!

I flew back to Wisconsin this past weekend, as my family gets together for "Family Christmas" the weekend before Christmas!

We are near 80 of us now, about 50 were able to make it. We start Friday night and end Sunday morning... lots of games, highjinx, a puzzle, food, Yankee Swap present opening and LOTS OF LOVE! We rented this super cool house this year and we all slept under one roof!

I made yummy treats to fly out and they passed through TSA!

Home in Maine now and heading to friends for... LOBSTER STEW! Its a White Christmas and I'll post pics of the Winter Wonderland later today!

Things have warmed up a bit here.. 30’s 🔥and Acadia called! I thought I’d share a few pics from our beautiful park in Winter!

It was blowing sideways but it was so cool to be on the water and see the crashing waves of ice and water!
I love the bridges, the trails made under the snow by lil animals, that are now revealed by warmer days, walkers and biker trails.. and the beautiful ice in the first!

Winter is a great time to visit Acadia National Park… plenty of parking spaces today, I love it! 6 miles around Eagle Lake and saw one person!

A warm day is nice, but I hope for a White Christmas!

Last weekend we participated in The Downtown Ellsworth Christmas parade and all I can say is "WOW WOW WOW"!

I'm not always in Maine when the parade is held, but I was here... however my truck is in the shop and I have no trailer... so with under 24 hours to pull something together and with a Little Christmas Magic, my mechanic borrowed me a super cool rig, I was joined by The Travis and Kayla Hardison Family and Lumberjack Johnny as Our Grinch!

I am SURE we had the tiniest little float, but we had a blast and it was AMAZING!

To say that Ellsworth should be proud of this winter event would be on understatement, I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MANY ENTRANTS AND HOW MUCH WORK TOWNSPEOPLE PUT INTO THIS EVENT!

It was really, really, REALLY COOL!

Happy Thanksgiving from Trenton, Maine!

Last weekend I traveled to and met up with Lumberjack friends in Springville,NY to watch our friend Mark Bouquin perform in a local theater production, as he starred in ‘Lumberjacks in Love’ ❤️🪓!!

He’s not an actor, but his local theatre reached out to him, because he’s a Lumberjack and he said yes, so a group of us SURPRISED him!

The people in these pics are former and current employees, TimberSports athletes and friends of The Lumberjack Show. It was a whirlwind trip over and back, but worth every minute!

Whether you are with friends or family today, or perhaps enjoying a day alone… I wish you a beautiful day!

As we end our 30th Season in Maine, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who visited us this year and every year before, we are SO GRATEFUL!

And to my AMAZING staff, THANK YOU for always being at the top of your game and making this such a FUN place to work!

We will reopen in May of 2026 and for now, enjoy a few pics from this week!

Dear friends from Alaska and Prince Edward Island stopped in and Lumberjack Johnny’s father is a Professor at Finger Lakes College and we have a group of kids from NY visiting and enjoying Maine and Acadia! YO-HO!
