Kaden's Cove will be closing their doors July 29th, 2024. Below is a list of dates still available to rent:

May 3rd, 4th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st
June - everyday but the weekend of the 7th, 8th and 9th.
July - everyday but the 7th and 28th

Please contact the office to set up a time to see the venue.

Planning an event? Kaden's Cove is very spacious and accommodates seating for up to 220 guests. From the vaulted ceilings, chandelier, open dance floor, gorgeous custom wood bar, to our fireplace, the inside is set up for business events/parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, and more! We offer bridal suites for the bride and groom to prepare for their special days and to relax before their big day!
The outside area features: a large gazebo, covered shelter that can seat around 80 people, and a deck all overlooking the scenic Great Miami River.

Rentals include: both indoor and outdoor areas, chairs and tables, and more!

On Saturday 8/26 Lake Bailee Gun Range will be hosting a special event from 0800-1230. The main range will be open for normal operations, the PIT will close on Friday (time to be determined soon) and remained closed until clean up is complete.

A wedding is a wonderful story, we'll help you tell it!
The inside of Kaden’s Cove is very spacious and accommodates seating for about 220 guests. Additional features inside: vaulted ceilings, a beautiful chandelier, large open dance floor, a gorgeous custom wood bar and a wood burning fireplace. A bridal and grooms suite is also provided for the bride and groom and their party to relax and prepare for the big day!!!
The outside area features: a large gazebo, covered shelter with seating for about 80 people and a deck overlooking the Great Miami River.
Our property offers endless possibilities to stage for many radiant photo opportunities.
Both the indoor and outdoor areas are included in price as well as chairs and tables. We do have a prep kitchen that is available and included.
Rates:
Monday - Thursday: $100 per hour (4 hr. min)
Friday - $2,000 total rental fee
Saturday - $2,500.00 total rental fee
Sunday - $1,000.00 Total rental fee
Required Deposit: $500.00 (included in the rental fee, due at the time of booking)
Officiant/Minister Services: $150.00
If you are considering an outdoor event keep in mind that we always offer a back-up plan, inside!!
