Our friends at Paradise Bay Coffee Shop reached out to let us know they will be open on Saturday for the first pit stop of our ride. While they don't officially open for the season until the following week, they are excited to welcome our bikers for a freshly brewed specialty coffee and a restroom stop.

Thank you to Dale and his crew for always supporting our riders with this perfect spot to rest along the ride!

Remember there is no rush. This is a ride, not a race! Enjoy the views and support local businesses along the route!

Have you wondered about the bike route for the Beaver Island Bike Festival? Here’s the map.

Participants can enjoy a 20- or 42-mile ride at their own pace along a mix of paved roads, gravel paths, and scenic two-tracks. Along the way, you’ll take in incredible views, island monuments, and historic sites.

The 42 mile ride takes you from one end to the other with rest stops along the way. All participants can enjoy lunch from Wild Strawberry Cafe along the shoreline at Bill Wagner Memorial Campground and a dinner after party Shamrock Bar & Restaurant with live entertainment by Cisco.

We had some challenges with our ticketing system but we think it’s up and running! We will announce the location of the registration party in the coming weeks but all other event details are posted in registration. We know we have some attendees that don’t ride but want to join friends for the after party so we have included that option this year. We look forward to seeing everyone in June!

We just got off the phone with the Wild Strawberry Cafe who will be providing their amazing wraps and cookies at the lunch again this year. We are excited to share; we will have a VEGAN option offered at the lunch stop! IYKYK

Hello to my Eager Beavers, please be patient as we are planning to open registration sometime in March of 2026. Our ride will take place on Saturday 6/13/2026. The online registration site still has last year info as we are still playing in the snow, ha ha! John
