Hi guys, we have been working on reinstating the Carnegie Forever 501c3 nonprofit and we are getting closer! We are at almost a thousand dollars with a goal of $3000, 2000 for reinstatement and 1000 for legal advice/services. If we don't reach our goal I will be returning the money to those who contribute. If we become a nonprofit we will then be able to work with the State Parks more effectively as we will collectively have a seat at the table legally and our voices will more likely be heard!
Thanks to those who have contributed and thanks in advance to those who are going to.

Hi Guys
I've been working on trying to raise money to reinstate the Carnegie Forever 501c3 nonprofit, which was started back
when Carnegie almost was closed.
The amount needed is about $2000 administration fee and about 1000 for legal fees and advice.
I started a gofundme in my name to get the ball rolling (none of the money goes to me, it all to the Carnegie Forever effort).
Once the nonprofit is in place all funds will go through that.

Since starting the account it has not done well, $150 out of $3000 needed, so I really need your help.
Here are some economics to consider;
Dirt bike = $10,000
Engine rebuild = $1,000
New tire = $100
Gas to go riding = $50
Goodies from the minimart = $20
Help keep your riding area open = ?

I am only asking for snack money from you guys or a little more if possible to help protect our place to ride.
If we dont raise enough money to get the work done I will return the money to anyone who contributed.

Ok it's time for an update on the Skips at Carnegie Reunion Hillclimb!
Unfortunately we are going to have to reschedule the event due to Covid-19
Since it doesn't look good for getting a permit this spring e are going to reschedule for October 2-3
The reason we are waiting until then is because we need at least a 1000 person limit minimum on our permit and that isn't looking good right now so we chose to push it to October
Cross your fingers on this one

I hope everyone is getting through a great 2020! We are going to start trying to get back to normal now!
Announcing for 2021 The Skips at Carnegie Reunion Hillclimb, April 10-11
This event is scheduled but we don't have a permit yet due to COVID. If we are not able to do it on those dates then we will push it back until we can run a full event even if it's in June! (But not July or August)
So pray for Covid to go away
Oh yea and don't forget that Sunday the April 11th is going to be for our special guests Elevated Action Sports, Motoclimb Superseries!
One way or another we are going to make this happen so spread the word boys and girls!

ATTENTION HILLCLIMBERS!
I am getting a lot of questions about rain. If it rains to hard to go on Saturday we WILL be running on Sunday! This is ONLY if we cant get it done on Saturday. Also, The gravel in the pits is SOOO much better now if we get a little rain no muddy feet! So come on out I think it's going to be epic

Don’t forget, pre entries close on Friday the 9th but you can still sign up o Friday March 16th from noon till five and also Saturday March 17th from 7am till 8:30am. See you there
