Tooele City Arts Council Tooele City Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, and advancing the arts in Tooele City.

The PAR tax started being collected in 2005. The "A: part of the tax is for Arts. None of the money collected was able to be spent until the Tooele City Arts Coucil was created, which happened in 2007.

We have an exciting opportunity for artists coming up next month! Artists can display their work for FREE at the Tooele Fall Art Show! This two-day event is open to artists of all ages and skill levels, and we would like to see the building full of your work! It only takes two minutes to fill out the RSVP form and be a part of this event. Prizes will be given to eligible artwork.

🐦‍⬛ You see the finished painting…

But here's the secret: it’s paint, paper, and a few surprisingly simple techniques.

You don't have to be great at drawing. You don't have to know how to paint a realistic person. You just need to follow a few simple steps and let the pieces come together. 🖤

Shadows of Nevermore is inspired by the haunting atmosphere of Edgar Allan Poe, with a mysterious figure, a watchful crow, dramatic shadows, and a little darkness lurking in the background.

We are excited to collaborate with the Tooele County Arts Guild to bring you the Tooele Fall Art Show! Artists of all ages and skill levels can display their art for FREE at this event, and there will be prizes!
