304 Venue The 304 Venue is an event space dedicated to serve the needs of the community of Tonganoxie, KS. Any seating over 80 requires an additional fee.

Host your event and make memories at one of the newest and most exciting event venues in Leavenworth County, the 304 Venue. 304 is an exquisite, intimate space with a unique blend of modern and rustic. As a regal historic church building in Tonganoixe, KS it has been resurrected through impeccable renovations to become a desirable destination for any event. It is easily one of the most beautiful a

nd affordable places to rent west of Kansas City. Owned by Tonganoxie United Methodist Church for community projects, nonprofit work, and formal events, the price can't be beaten. The facility is perfect for a vintage, minimalist, or country chic-inspired celebration. Usage Fees are based on the length of events:

Quarter day (up to 4 hours)
$300
(plus a $75 refundable deposit)

Half-day (up to 8 hours)
$600
(plus a $75 refundable deposit)

Full calendar day (up to 12 hours)
$1000
(Plus a $100 refundable deposit)

Half day + Full day (up to 18 hours)
$1,300
(plus a $100 refundable deposit)

Guest Limit: 100 persons
Tables and cross-back chairs with cushions are provided for up to 80 guests. Includes:
Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and warming unit.

Baby Changing Station
Patio
Free Wi-Fi

Microphone/PA System – $50

We are excited to introduce our new hours starting August 29th!

304 Venue now offers a Photo Studio to all local photographers. The studio includes a 'lifestyle' section as well as a versitile 'blank-slate' section. Both equipped with props to bring any creative vision to life. Oh, and it ONLY $25/Hour!!!
