I got an invitation to a wedding for last weekend. My family decided to not go. Well Following Monday the Bride tested positive for COVID.. Everyones family who went is now quarantined from going anywhere including their work... Moral of my story is this household is staying locked down. No social gatherings will be happening here soon. 👎

WOW THIS PANDEMIC HAS BEEN HARD FOR MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY & even more stressful for me in last 30 days or so... I’m thinking about doing another outside projector movie night!im thinking either later October early November🌱🙏 I’ve got a lot to do in next couple weeks so hopefully ill pull it all together!
I’m thinking pop corn machines🍿, roaring fire 🔥, vegan s’mores🍫, I’ll supply water and you BYOB & more importantly catch a safe ride home 🚕!
If your feeling spunky bring some extra snacks 😂 Also I think I’d be dope to make it Halloween themed movie night! Dress up if you please‼️ or just come out hang as yourself & enjoy the evening ❗️
Disney plus has ALL THE HALLOWEEN MOVIES Right now! Or even not on Disney plus I’d get it.🤷‍♂️

Mr. Rogers is the Man!

In 1969, when Martin Luther King had been assassinated a year earlier, black citizens weren't allowed to swim in "white-only" swimming pools. So Mr. Rogers sent a deliberate message on the May 9, 1969, episode of Mister Rodgers' Neighborhood.

Mr. Rogers invited Officer Clemmons, a black police officer played by François Clemmons,
on his show and asked if he wanted to cool off by dipping his feet into a children's wading pool.

Clemmons initially declined the invitation, noting he didn't have a towel — but Rogers said Clemmons could share his.

Mr. Rogers joined Clemmons, breaking the color barrier live on television.
