Gravity Wagon Basketball will be a come and go activity at Farming on Main!! 🇺🇸🚜 Sponsored by Monroe Ag & Equipment and Autumn Acres!! Thank you!

The popular “On Main” event series will continue in downtown Tompkinsville with Farming on Main on Saturday, June 13, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Now in its fourth year, the event honors Monroe County farmers and offers a variety of activities for all ages.

One of the evening’s highlights will be the Hay Bale Throwing Contest on Main Street, where participants will compete for cash prizes.

Children are invited to take part in the Pedal Tractor Parade, which will line up at South Central Bank at 6:00 p.m. The parade will travel down Main Street and conclude at the pedal tractor pull area, where the competition will begin immediately afterward. The pedal tractor pull will feature classes for children ages 3–8, and tractors will be provided.

For the parade, children are welcome to participate using pedal tractors, bicycles, Power Wheels, red wagons, or other child-powered vehicles. Parents will be asked to walk alongside their children during the parade. This year’s theme will be Red, White & Blue to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary!

Additional family activities will include feed sack jumping, a corn pit play area, and plenty of farm-themed fun.

A Car Cruise-In will also be held between Becky’s Boutique and Rollin Dough. Cars, tractors, and farm equipment are welcome, with arrivals beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Live music will be featured throughout the evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., alongside downtown shopping, food vendors, and community activities.

Everyone is invited to come downtown and celebrate the agricultural heritage of Monroe County during this fun-filled evening of family entertainment.
