The Mountain vs. Seas Tournament is more than just great HS Girls Soccer. Each year the teams select a local charity to support. This year, the tournament will support The Team Jack Foundation, a non-profit foundation founded in loving memory of Jack Chapman Esposito, who lost his battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2016 at the age of 12. The Team Jack Foundation was created to support families in New Jersey facing the expenses and hardships of pediatric cancer, as well as, other pediatric medical conditions. To learn more, visit:

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, 18 girls soccer teams from two of the most competitive and prestigious conferences in New Jersey, the Shore Conference and the Skylands Conference, will participate in the 4th Annual Mountain vs. Seas tournament. Not only is this event a showcase of some of the best high school soccer teams in the state, for the past three years, the tournament has raised more than $100,000 for charitable organizations that are important to our female athletes and their families.
