This week Chef Eric is serving up thinly sliced, smoked Tri-Tip with a hearty baked potato topped with butter & sour cream, alongside sautéed green beans. A delicious fall dinner that’s sure to hit the spot! 😋

Meet The Breakfast Club — our ground brisket burger topped with Tillamook Cheddar, thick-cut bacon, egg, onion, tomato & burger sauce, all served on delicious croissant bread!

Breakfast. Burger. Bacon. Croissant. We’re not seeing a downside here. 🤤

And remember, our Burger of the Week now hangs around for TWO WEEKS, so you’ve got a little extra time to come try this one!

🍂 A quick Wednesday update from The Bunker! ❤️

As we head into the fall season, our plan is to continue serving you Monday–Saturday, but there may be an occasional Wednesday when we need to close.

We are CLOSED today, Wednesday, September 23rd, and we’ll be back at it Thursday! 🍔🍻

We know many of you have made The Bunker part of your regular routine, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️ Be sure to check our page for weekly updates, especially before heading our way on a Wednesday.
