🎁 Before Monday’s to-do list takes over… put “plan the holiday party” on ours!

Have a team of 25? You don’t need a huge guest list to create a meaningful thank-you for the people who show up for your business all year.

Give them a reason to dress up, laugh together, and celebrate away from the office and let your office admin enjoy the evening, too!

At Encore Event Center, pick your date and show up. We’ll handle the rest.

📞 Call 985.517.7999 to talk through your budget and celebration.
Groups as small as 10 welcome! 🎄

✨ What could a holiday party for 25 look like?

Here’s a little inspiration:

🎄 6:00 — Arrive, dress up, and snap a few pictures
🍽️ 6:30 — Gather for dinner
🏆 7:15 — Share team shout-outs and fun awards
🎁 7:45 — Enjoy a gift exchange or holiday game
🎶 8:15 — Music, mingling, and making memories

That’s an evening worth putting on the calendar!

This is a sample celebration idea 💡
☎️call Encore Event Center to discuss arrangements and pricing for your group.

Books, smiles, and community love! 📚💙

Today, Encore Event Center’s own Tyra McGary shared A’Tiffa’s Mystery Adventure at the Tangipahoa Parish Library’s Hammond Branch book festival!

Thank you to the library team and everyone who stopped by, purchased a book, offered encouragement, or showed love. Your support means so much! 🫶🏾
