Chef Batke's culinary foundation is anything but ordinary. After completing a two-year program at Selkirk College in British Columbia, he honed his craft through a four-year apprenticeship at Chateau Lake β working across every kitchen discipline, from French pastries and fine dining to sauces, fondue, and cold and hot kitchens.
