Every Woman Every Generation Every Story

Why Talk About Sexual Intimacy?

Women are opening up about the subject of sexual intimacy. It effects every aspect of their lives as single women, wives, daughters, mothers, sisters and grandmothers. Every woman, from every generation, has a story.

For over two years, in our various encounters with women in the community through God entrusted us with some of these stories. From desiring to know solid biblical truth to better understanding their own sexuality through God's eyes to cries for redemptive healing from abuse and pain over sexual sins, we were hearing stories every week and we began to pray. We prayed for open minds, wise words and soft hearts, but we also prayed for a way to not simply hear these stories but to honor them through action. We prayed for a way to reach these women and many more with the message that there is grace, there is love, there is healing, there is freedom and there is JOY through Jesus.

As we prayed, the need only increased and with it our resolve to honor the need with action. In June 2018, God began to let the pieces for a plan fall into place. The Intimacy Redeemed Conference was born.
