COLLINS HOME PHOTO/PROPERTY POLICY — PLEASE READ

We have tried to keep our photo policy friendly and allow for impromptu photos at the Collins Home. All we asked was that visitors respect the property, tag us on social media, and consider a donation to help spread the word and support our nonprofit mission. Unfortunately, those requests and other posted policies continue to be ignored.

The Collins Home is private property, an active nonprofit office, and is monitored at all times. We have private rentals, lawn treatments, maintenance, and daily operations taking place. Walking through treated lawns or flower beds, climbing or sitting on railings, and using the property without permission is not acceptable.

We work hard and spend significant resources maintaining this historic property. Using the Collins Home as a backdrop or photo location without recognizing or supporting the nonprofit that maintains it is simply not fair. We all have to work together to preserve this beautiful space and support the mission behind it.

Therefore, moving forward:

NO ONE is permitted on the Collins Home property without prior approval.

Policies are in place for many reasons—safety, security, preservation, and respect for our renters and nonprofit operations. Please respect them.
