🍂✨ Saturday’s Shattered Glass Pumpkin Class!

I didn’t get nearly enough pictures of everyone’s beautiful pieces, and I’m so bummed about that! 😩 But trust me when I say they ALL turned out gorgeous! ❤️

This was my first Shattered Glass class in the new studio, and we had such a fun group of ladies join us! I meet some new faces, including a couple of ladies who came all the way from Marshall, Illinois, and some familiar faces, too. 🥰

🎄 Holiday Shattered Glass classes are coming! I’ll be posting the details within the next week, so keep an eye on the page. You won’t want to miss these!

✨ Something NEW is coming to Makers Studio! ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ll soon be partnering with Paint and Party Co to bring glass painting to the studio! 🎨✨

Funny how things happen… I had actually come across Danielle’s post about this a while back while scrolling social media and was intrigued. Then, well… life happened, I got sick, and everything was put on the back burner.

Fast forward to last night—I was scrolling again, her post popped up on my feed, and I thought, OK, maybe this is my sign! 😂 So I reached out to Danielle, we chatted a little, and I decided to jump in and purchase the training!

There’s actually a whole technique to painting on glass, and I’m really excited to learn it, practice it, and then bring it to Makers Studio for YOU! 💕

I think this is going to be such a fun addition to what we offer—especially for:

🎂 Birthday parties
👯‍♀️ Girls’ Night Out
🎨 Creative nights with friends
💕 And just a relaxing night of painting!

There’s something about painting on glass that feels so relaxing, and I can’t wait to learn all the techniques behind it.

Looking for something fun for the kids to do this Saturday? Come create with us! 🧡

Our Papier-Mâché Pumpkin Class is the perfect Fall Break activity! Each child will get to paint, decorate, and turn their papier-mâché pumpkin into their own unique fall creation. 🎃✨

Well… I’m back from vacation! ❤️

And WOW… New York City! 🗽✨

This was my first time ever visiting NYC, and I truly can’t tell you how much fun we had. I got to experience it with my family, and we explored, walked, laughed, ate, saw so many amazing places and somehow packed about a million things into each day. 😂

From the time we woke up until our heads hit the pillow, we were BUSY! And honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

One of my favorite things in life is traveling and experiencing different places, people and cultures, and New York is definitely at the top of my list now. The diversity, the creativity, the people from all walks of life… there is just SO much to take in. It was incredible. ❤️

And honestly, I needed this trip.

After the last couple of months, this was a reset for me. A chance to step away, make memories with my family, explore somewhere completely new and just breathe for a minute.

So thank you for letting me take that time. ❤️

But now… it’s time to get back to work! 🎨

I’m SO excited to see all of you back in the studio and to finally get this new chapter of Makers Studio going!

Starting TOMORROW, I’ll be posting classes that still have seats available, so make sure you’re watching the page! 👀

Today was such a FUN day in the studio! 🤎🔥🎨

Our Paint & Burn Fedora Hat class finally happened after having to reschedule a couple of times, and I’m so glad we were able to make it happen!

Every single one of these hats was burned by Raina with Lucky 3 Hat Co., and then today it was time for everyone to bring their own creativity to life by painting their hats. Watching all of the different ideas come together was SO much fun!

But my favorite part of today wasn’t even the hats… it was seeing a family make the time to be together. ❤️

We had moms, grandmas, cousins, granddaughters and other family members all in the studio together. I’ve had some of them in different classes over the years, so getting to see everyone together today was extra special.

There’s just something so refreshing about watching families put down the phones, step away from the busy schedules, and make time to create and make memories together.

And THIS is exactly why I love what I do. 🥰

Thank you for spending part of your Sunday with me at Makers Studio! I hope you all love your hats as much as I loved watching you create them! 🎨🤎🔥

Can you believe we’re almost at the end of September?! 😳🎃 That means when I get back in the studio the first week of October, we will officially be in FULL Halloween mode at Makers Studio! 👻🧡

As I was looking through my back office at the class schedules and available seats, I wanted to remind you all that several of these classes still have quite a few seats available!

This will be my first full month back in the studio after being gone for almost two months, and I would absolutely LOVE to see more of you come out, create with me, and help me kick off this next season! 🥰🎨

👻 A little reminder about Shattered Glass: Those classes will need to be closed out two weeks prior, so if you’ve had your eye on one, make sure you get signed up early!

I’ll officially be back in the studio October 5th, kicking off the fall season! 🍂🎃 And I believe that’s also Fall Break weekend, so I have some fun opportunities for the kids, including classes on Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th!

There’s a LOT happening at Makers Studio this fall, and I can’t wait to get back to creating with all of you! 🧡
