Two weeks ago, Sea Breeze Park on TCI was devastated by Hurricane Helene's storm surge. We lost our entire dock, had refrigerators and tables in the mangroves and lost power and water in the park. Our incredible island residents lost even more. Yesterday, we were hit again by the northern eye wall of Hurricane Milton. Our slice of paradise was yet again devastated. In light of the recent events, we have chosen to cancel the 2024 Mullet Smoke Off to focus on helping our neighbors and getting our park back in order. We are planning to make merchandise available for sale online, auction the Mullet Masterpieces virtually and post a link where you can donate directly to the VIA to help restore the park. It is with heavy hearts that we have made this decision, but we look forward to welcoming you back to our "land heavenly" in 2025. *photos from Helene*

In 90 days, this blank wooden mullet (along with several of his friends) will be a Mullet Masterpiece created by TCI residents. You could have the opportunity to bid on one of these beauties on November 2nd at the TCI MSO Silent Auction. These masterpieces are beautiful additions to any decor!

You spoke, we listened! This year's mullet will be smoked the old fashioned way, by our trusty island residents that have been doing it for decades! We will also be bringing back mullet cakes and hush puppies. Join us on November 2nd for a taste of old Florida and follow along here to see the finalized menu in the upcoming weeks!
