Last week we had the honor of hosting Thurston Young Professionals at Stone City Event Center for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.

We’re grateful to be part of a region that continues to grow with intention — creating spaces where people can gather, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. Events like this are exactly why we do what we do.

Food for the evening was proudly donated by Simply Organic Cafe & Catering — because good food makes good networking even better.

Cheers to new spaces, new energy, and a thriving Thurston County.

Thank you to the Thurston County Chamber for organizing such a great event and continuing to create meaningful opportunities for connection in our community.

Thurston County is officially glowing up — we now have two brand-new event centers to celebrate!

Last week, we cut the ribbon at the Palisade Declivity Event Centre, and the energy was incredible. Then, Thurston Young Professionals packed the stunning Stone City Event Center for a night of networking and good vibes.

From grand openings to new gathering spots, our region is growing, thriving, and creating even more places to connect, celebrate, and collaborate.

We were honored to host the Boys and Girls Clubs of Thurston County tonight as they celebrated their incredible staff. Their team does so much for youth across our region, and it was a privilege to provide a beautiful space for such a meaningful gathering at Stone City Event Center.

Our Simply Organic Cafe & Catering team prepared a chef-crafted dinner for the celebration, and we were deeply touched to be recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for supporting their mission and providing a space where their staff could connect and celebrate.

Community partnerships like this are at the heart of what we do. Thank you to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County for the important work you do and for choosing us to help celebrate your team.

Paint & Sip this Sunday

Spend your Sunday morning relaxing, creating, and connecting at Stone City Event Center.

We’ll be painting a “Hello, Fall” coffee cup design while enjoying apple cider mimosas and a light breakfast featuring two vegetable frittata bites, fresh fruit, and honey yogurt dip. All materials are included—just bring your creativity and a friend or two.

Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council and Thurston Economic Development Council convened a listening session for Food Production employers today at the Stone City Event Center at the Agriculture Innovation Park in Tenino.

This collaborative session brought together industry leaders to discuss workforce needs, hiring challenges, emerging opportunities, and the future of food production in our region.

We appreciated the opportunity to host today’s session in a versatile space that’s available for meetings, trainings, and community gatherings.

Tonight we were honored to host the Tenino Track & Field/Cross Country Awards Banquet at Stone City Event Center.

We proudly donated the use of our venue to support these outstanding student-athletes and celebrate their achievements this season.

Simply Organic Cafe & Catering prepared a special menu for the event, helping make the evening memorable for the team and their families.

It’s always a privilege to support our local youth and be part of moments like this in our community.

A big thank you to Wilcox Farms for spending the day with us at Stone City Event Center for their Manager Training!

The team arrived bright and early for an 8 AM start, fueled by hot coffee and a delicious breakfast from Simply Organic Cafe & Catering — followed by a fresh, handcrafted lunch to keep the team energized throughout the day.

21 little chefs, big flavors!

Today’s Kids Cooking Class at Simply Organic Café was all about celebrating the spirit (and taste!) of Thanksgiving!

Our young chefs created a full holiday feast — from cranberry sauce and sous-vided turkey to stuffing, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, and bread pudding for dessert. Along the way, they learned about kitchen safety, seasoning, teamwork, and time management — and wrapped it all up by sharing the beautiful meal they made together.

This class was more than just a day in the kitchen — it’s the inspiration behind our upcoming Spirit of Thanks Community Meal, where we’ll bring that same gratitude and good food to the table for everyone to enjoy here on Saturday November 22nd. Tickets on sale NOW!

We love seeing how learning, laughter, and local flavor all come together right here in the Tenino Ag Park — home to Simply Organic Café and Catering and Stone City Event Center.
