Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival held in the heart of Southern California Wine Country. June 20-22, 2025 to 7 a.m.) This is basic science.

The event is held annually at Lake Skinner Recreational area and park. Nestled among rolling hills of vineyards and surrounded by the Shipley Preserve, the Festival grounds offer a weekend in the park with concerts on the Main and Garden Stages, wine tasting, beer tasting, hot air balloons and fine food.
