As some of you may know, when Wren’s Garden was bought it was obviously a venue, but much more was always intended for it. It was my opportunity to give back, and fundraise for those who needed a little extra help. The venue being forced closed devastated me, for the sole reason, that it took opportunity away to help others. However, I know many still follow this page, and I am begging for your help, to help one final time.

My dear friend Morgan, has been battling cancer for years, and has unfortunately reached the point financially, that she needs her village to come together, and help.

Morgan is an amazing mom of 4 kids, a fierce supporter of our local safe surrender program, and overall just a genuine person, who has been in my life for over 30 years.

I am pleading you help in anyway possible. Repost this, skip Starbucks, send Morgan a coffee instead ($5), say a prayer. Anything helps 🙂

Donate because you’re in good health, donate because your kids don’t have to see you sick and be scared, donate cause you too have been here and came out on top.

I truly appreciate all those who helped my dreams come true, of being able to help others. I could never do it without my community.

I have received countless inquiries, as to why the venue closed. Attached is a letter addressing what lead to the closure. A copy of all the complaints, directed at the venue, as well as video clips, of a man who identified himself as being hired by the city. The way small business owners are treated, is truly unfair. I would strongly caution others who are considering opening a business in Tehachapi. Also, remember your vote counts for city council.

As always I truly appreciate as those who supported myself and the venue. It was a true pleasure serving this community and all my clients.

The venue has officially sold, and I wish the new homeowners nothing but the best!!

This is 3 of my AMAZING employees, these boys are kind, dependable, and very bright. The 3 of them are all currently trying to earn money for their AP Euro History, class trip to Italy. I had high hopes of holding fundraisers at the venue for these great boys! Unfortunately with the abrupt closing of the venue, not only are these boys no longer employed, I also failed at fundraising for them.

In an effort of keeping the spirit of Wren’s Garden alive, and giving back to the community, I am kindly asking for any type of donation to these boys. The trip is roughly $5300 per student. I have attached each boys individually fundraising link. Additionally donations can be made thru venmo to Emily0801 PLEASE label it “class trip” it will allow me to better keep track.

Messages like this, truly mean the world to me. Giving back to this community and working with so many amazing people really brought happiness to my life. Having gone thru some much tragedy in recent years, the venue allowed me to focus on doing good and giving back. I am so sorry I could not maintain, and a few miserable individuals had to ruin it. To all who supported us, thank you!

All venues items have been given to my nephew Mason Rothermel, he will be selling them to raise money for his class trip to Italy. We still have lots of beautiful items, and all going to a good cause. If interested in a piece please contact us :) more items available than pictured. He also sells delicious farm fresh eggs.

And that’s a wrap! Wren’s Garden hosted its final event today. We were blessed with beautiful fall leaves. Thank you, to everyone who supported us. We were blessed to celebrate so many special events, and some incredibly unfortunate memorials as well. We were able to give so much back to this community and gain a lot of friends. I truly appreciate the love, well wishes, and support from so many! It really means a lot ❤️ for the Very few (about 3 people) against the venue, we hope you find happiness, and a hobby.
