Dear St. Mary’s Family and community,
The 2025 St. Mary’s Fall Festival has come to an end, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. What an incredible celebration of faith, community, and togetherness this year has been.
None of it would have been possible without the amazing Fall Festival Committee. There is so much, truly so much that happens behind the scenes. Minute by minute, hour by hour, this committee works tirelessly to make everything flow as smoothly as possible. And here’s the most beautiful part: every single one of them is a volunteer. They give their time, energy, and love freely, pouring themselves into this festival so that our parish and community can come together in joy.
If you haven’t had the chance to meet these extraordinary people, I encourage you to seek them out. Shake their hands. Tell them thank you. You will not find a kinder, more dedicated, or harder-working group of people, always willing to do whatever it takes to make things work.
I also encourage you to continue being a part of this incredible journey for St. Mary’s Church and School. There are many wonderful things ahead, and together we can keep building a community rooted in faith, love, and support. Please also help us encourage and support the Knights of Columbus as they work to get back together and build momentum again.
Here are some upcoming opportunities to gather and grow together:
Saturday, September 27 – St. Mary’s Golf Outing at Lakeshore Golf Course, starting at noon
Saturday, October 11 – Rosary Rally at St. Mary’s Church
Saturday, October 25 – Taco Night at the Knights of Columbus
Sunday, October 26 – Haunted Food Drive, hosted by the Youth Group (always a favorite!)
Saturday, November 8 – St. Mary’s Glow Bingo Fundraiser
Sunday, November 16-A yummy pancake, biscuit and gravy breakfast at the Knight’s of Columbus.
Keep an eye out in the bulletins and our FB page for more information.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you again, to the committee, to our volunteers, to our donors, and to every single person who came and supported the festival.
Your love, generosity, and presence are what make this tradition so special year after year.
With deepest gratitude and love,
Brenan Dennison
