Dear Business Owner:
Town ‘n Country Christian Academy is having its Annual Summer Golf Tournament on July 18, 2015. Tee time is 8 a.m. at Westchase Golf Club, located at 10217 Radcliffe Drive in Tampa. This tournament is to raise funds for our school’s sports department. We are playing 6-man tackle football and varsity basketball and need your help. As you know, sports competition provides valuab

le learning tools for today’s youth, teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, and character. A successful sports program is expensive; therefore, the need for your help is great. With your support, this event and our sports program will grow and continue the success achieved over the last years. Sponsors will be recognized on mailings, with signs at the tournament, and throughout the year at our games in the gym. We are also looking for contest event sponsors (putting, longest drive, closest to the pin) at $100 each. Hole sponsorship (Tee Box) is available for $100. This can be a valuable tool in promoting your business to the people in our community. We would also appreciate “goodie bag” items and prizes for our raffle (restaurant coupons, electronics, golf/sports accessories, etc). If you will provide business cards, we will include those with every goodie bag. We also need golfers. Westchase is a beautiful course to be enjoyed on a summer Saturday. The cost per golfer is $75, foursomes are $300, business sponsorships, which include four golfers, and a Tee Box sign are $375. Lunch will be provided at Town ‘n Country Christian Academy, 9910 Wilsky Blvd., following the tournament. Prizes and raffle winners will be awarded at that time.
