We hope you are ready and excited to participate in the largest Tampa Bay community event that focuses on Mental Wellness and Speaking UP for teens struggling with anxiety and depression. The weather looks to be perfect for a Saturday morning run, walk or a stroll! You might want to bring a sweatshirt! 😉

The location is Gadsden Park. (6901 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33611) Important: Please enter the park from MacDill Avenue.

The 5k will kick off at promptly at 9am! Check-in will begin at 7:45 am and will be accepting same-day registration (bring some friends!)

We hope you are ready and excited to participate in the largest Tampa Bay community event that focuses on Mental Wellness and Speaking UP for teens struggling with anxiety and depression. Below are a few reminders we want to share with you. Please send an email to us if you have any questions!

The location is Gadsden Park. (6901 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33611) Important: Please enter the park from MacDill Avenue.
The 5k will kick off at promptly at 9am
Check-in will begin at 7:45 am. Every participant will be required to sign a Release of Liability waiver which will be provided at the time of check-in.
There will be same-day registration (bring some friends!)
Yes! You can bring your pets to join you on the run
Yes! You will get a t-shirt and other fun goodies for participating
There will be on-course water and water at the finish line
