CROWBAR INDIE NIGHT FOREVER 🪩💙 Thank you all for helping us close out this incredible chapter at our home venue this past weekend. These final two nights were filled with happiness, tears, hugs, laughter, crowd surfing, moshing, singing, dancing, and so much love. We truly couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful way to end our last two Indie Nights in the room where it all began.

Looking back on the last five years brings me to tears writing this. So many bands found their voices in this room. So many people made lifelong friends, found their favorite bands, fell in love, and discovered a community they could call home. All of those moments built something way bigger than I could’ve imagined, and this weekend felt like the brightest reflection of that.

It breaks my heart to see Crowbar go, but I know this isn’t the end. We’ll build a new home soon enough, and Indie Night will continue carrying the spirit, culture, and energy of the Tampa music scene to cities all around the country so more people can experience what we have here. What we’ve built together is truly special, and none of it would exist without all of you.

Thank you to and the entire Crowbar crew for opening your doors to us over the last five years and giving this community a place to grow. It changed all of our lives forever.

Meet the Band: Lady Heroine🪩❤️‍🔥 Hailing from Orlando, Lady Heroine are quickly becoming one of the city’s most exciting rising rock acts. Pulling influence from punk, grunge, alt rock, and indie rock, the band blends catchy guitar riffs, powerful songwriting, and soaring vocal performances into a sound that feels both nostalgic and completely their own. What makes Lady Heroine stand out is their refusal to stay in one lane. Their music moves effortlessly between melodic power pop sweetness and heavier alternative rock energy, constantly evolving with new grooves, textures, and ideas.

After making their Indie Night debut in 2024 as the opening act, Lady Heroine now return to close out Indie Night at The Abbey on May 23rd for one of their biggest hometown shows to date!

Meet the Band: The Pheromones 🍒🥀 One of Orlando’s rising acts, The Pheromones are carving out their own lane with a bold blend of indie punk, alt rock, riot grrrl, and more. Wrapped in their signature cherry-red haze, their sound is as infectious as it is unapologetic, full of attitude, energy, and heart.

What started in UCF garages and campus shows at Addition Arena quickly grew into something much bigger. Through consistency, connection, and a shared vision, The Pheromones went from a group of musicians just hanging out to becoming a defining force in the local scene. From packing out Indie Nights to landing festival slots alongside artists like Magdalena Bay, Aly & AJ, and Cuco, their rise has felt both organic and inevitable.

Meet the Band: Jupiter Bloom 💐✨Since the release of their debut single “Water Lilies” last September, Jupiter Bloom has been quietly carving out their place in Tampa’s indie scene. The trio features Ash Griffith (vocals and bass), Dominic Fonseca (rhythm guitar and vocals), and Doug Jaramillo (lead guitar). Their journey from USF parking garages to some of the most iconic stages in town has made them an integral part of the Tampa Bay music community.

Their sound is melodic at its core with just enough bite to keep things interesting. It is the kind of music that fits both a crowded dance floor and a late night spiral, blending alt rock, indie pop, and classic rock influences into something that feels youthful without losing depth. Fans of flipturn and Boygenius will hear familiar threads, but Jupiter Bloom brings their own voice through rich harmonies and expressive songwriting.

They are returning to Tampa for one of their biggest shows yet as direct support for Rohna at the final Indie Night at Crowbar on May 16th, just before the venue closes its doors this summer.

Meet the Band: Peace Cult⚡️🥀 Tampa’s own Peace Cult are stepping into Indie Night for the first time, and they’re doing it in a big way. Catch them on May 15th for Night 1 of the final two Indie Nights at Crowbar before the venue closes its doors this summer.

Blending indie, punk, emo, and pop punk into one electrifying sound, Peace Cult has become a staple of the Tampa scene. What started in 2020 as a high school garage band has grown into one of Florida’s most beloved alternative acts, known for their high-energy performances and emotionally charged sound.
The band includes Emma Treneff (vocals/guitar), Colten Catrett (lead guitar), Marina Moyer (drums), and Elliot Picciuto (bass). Together, they thrive on the push and pull of emotion, creating a live show that’s as fun as it is cathartic. Drawing inspiration from genre-defining artists like Paramore and Turnstile, along with legends like Jimi Hendrix and Bikini Kill, they channel the raw spirit of indie punk into something fresh and entirely their own.

With a demo release (Cemetery Noise), millions of streams, packed-out shows across Florida, and support slots for national touring acts already under their belt, Peace Cult is only getting started.
