With an exciting selection of entertainment, cultural and athletic events, it has grown into one of the largest annual festivals in Oklahoma, attracting nearly 100,000 visitors from around the world. The Cherokee National Holiday is a festive time in Tahlequah; a time

Every year on Labor Day weekend, more than 150,000 people travel to Tahlequah, the capital city of the Cherokee Nation, to celebrate the September 6, 1839, signing of the Constitution of the Cherokee Nation. We actively recruit vendors throughout the year, including food service, artisans, craftsmen, entertainers, performers, demonstrators and many others, to make this event one of a kind.
