Join us at the Community Folk Art Center on Friday, June 5th at 6:00 PM for an evening of creativity, storytelling, and student talent 🎭✨ The Creative Arts Academy proudly presents a theatrical performance of The Dolls directed by Annette Adams Brown and written by Lee Hunkins. Set inside a puppeteer and marionette maker’s shop, forgotten doll creations awaken to confront their maker, question their fate, and discover their collective strength in the face of destruction. Come experience the incredible work our talented students have created this year and celebrate the power of art, imagination, and community 🎨

Get ready to dance, create, code, and shine this summer! The Community Folk Art Center is excited to host our Free STEM from Dance Summer Camp! Designed for girls ages 8–18, this unique program blends dance, technology, creativity, and teamwork into one unforgettable experience.

This summer, students will explore the Lights, Camera, Dance curriculum, learning coding concepts as they create a music video to accompany an original dance they choreograph together.
