A heartfelt thank you from the Maker Faire Syracuse planning committee to all the makers, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees who helped make our fifth annual Faire such a wonderful success!

We were truly inspired by the creativity, talent, and energy shared by participants from across Central New York and beyond.

Preliminary numbers show we welcomed over 2,800 participants this year—including about 2,000 attendees, over 750 makers, and around 70 incredible volunteers.

A special thank you to our presenting sponsors, Maker Faire and TACNY - Technology Alliance of Central New York, for their generous support.

We’re also deeply grateful to our dedicated planning committee—made up of both new and returning members from several local and regional organizations—who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life.

Stay tuned for more highlights in the days ahead. We can’t wait to start dreaming up what’s next for 2027!
