Vendor applications are OPEN for our Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 14 at the Lourdes Franciscan Center! ❤️💚

We’re looking for handmade, boutique, artisan, and unique small businesses to join us for one of our favorite and well-attended events of the year!

✨ 10x10 & 8x6 booth spaces
✨ Indoor event
✨ Ample parking
✨ Heavily advertised
✨ NO MLMs or direct sales vendors
✨ Largest event in the area

The ONLY way to apply to be a vendor is through the official application on our website:

We will NEVER ask you to send vendor payment through Facebook Messenger, a personal email, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or any other payment method sent to you in a message.

After you submit the application on our website and are accepted, you will receive a custom payment link specifically for your booth. Please do not send money to anyone claiming they can reserve a space for you.

We are absolutely heartbroken by the tragedy that occurred yesterday at the Old West End Festival.

Many members of our Tree City Market community were there as vendors, volunteers, performers, or visitors. Today, our thoughts are with everyone who witnessed these events, those who were injured, their families, and the entire Old West End community.

In moments like this, we are reminded that the events we attend are more than markets and festivals…they are gatherings of friends, families, neighbors, and small business owners who come together to build community. Seeing that sense of safety and joy shattered is devastating.

If you were there yesterday, please know that we are thinking of you. We hope you and your loved ones are safe, and we encourage everyone to give themselves grace as they process what happened.

“In the wake of tragedy, we hold our loved ones a little tighter, remembering how fragile and precious life is. May the love we share with each other be a quiet rebellion against the darkness, and may we send peace outward into a world that needs it so dearly.”
