We are ready to go at Sankey Park, 20th Annual Harvest Festival.

Guess what, we, the 12th Annual Sweet Home Kids Free Christmas Store, will be at the HARVEST FESTIVAL with our Booth this Saturday. Come see us. We have numerous Opportunity Drawings for YOU. Just purchase tickets for and you may WIN.

On a personal note, Im so excited to see this phase of Sankey Park finally come together. I served on the Park and Tree Committee for 20 years, resigning only a few months ago. I also was a part of the 1st Harvest Festival 20 years ago under Carol Lewis. As a Park and Tree Committee we worked hard on many details to see Sankey Park come to where it is today. Thank you to all my current fellow Park and Tree Committee members, former City Staff and workers, and the current City Staff and workers. Great job! Let's CELEBRATE

I had someone recently say "I find it strange that you take Lebanon and Albany money but only Sweet Home children benefit."
I wanted to take a minute on that comment.
First off, this is actually our 13th year running the SH Kids Free Christmas Store, The first year my husband and I payed for all the NEW gifts out of our pocket. For the past 12 years, I personally have gone out and solicited sponsors. BUT there are some people and businesses actually COME TO ME, wanting to help. Yes, some of them are out of Sweet Home. We are truly BLESSED by the outpouring of generosity to help the Sweet Home Kids FREE Christmas Store. There are other organizations in other communities that provide for kids. The SH Kids Free Christmas Store is unique. Kids SHOP for the FAMILY they live with. God has kept the doors open and we keep providing for the the children. THANK YOU again for ALL that have sponsored us, whether it is with Bingo gift cards, new gifts or money. It is ALL for the KIDS.
