🏃‍♀️💛 Most of you already know the Swanzey Covered Bridges Half Marathon, “Elijah’s Race.”

Started by Monadnock alum Elijah Barrett, the race honors his legacy by giving back to school programs and a new scholarship in his name.
We’re forming our first board with flexible roles and time commitments, centered around one big race day each year.

We are getting so excited to open registration for our 2026 Swanzey Covered Bridges Half Marathon - Elijah's Race! Registration should be open within the next couple weeks! The date for the 2026 race will be Sunday, September 6, 2026. We hope to see you there!
