The Toledo Air Show is a nonprofit organization powered by a passionate group of aviation-loving volunteers from across our community. Our mission is to bring the excitement and inspiration of aviation to the region—roughly every three years—through a world-class air show experience.
Our volunteer team includes local business leaders, law enforcement officers, emergency services personnel, active and retired military members, pilots, and many others who share a deep passion for aviation and military service.
A portion of each show’s profits is set aside to help build future events, ensuring the show remains a lasting tradition in Northwest Ohio. Net proceeds are directed entirely toward charitable causes, supporting a wide range of organizations across the region.
In addition to its charitable mission, the Toledo Air Show drives meaningful economic impact by supporting local businesses. From tent and equipment rentals to hotel bookings, catering, sanitation, media, printing, insurance, and airport services—our event relies heavily on local vendors and service providers.
We were incredibly fortunate to have beautiful weather and an enthusiastic, aviation-loving crowd at this year’s show. We are sincerely grateful to our community and attendees for the overwhelming support. The turnout on Saturday far exceeded expectations, and the passion for aviation on display throughout the weekend was truly inspiring.
With such an exceptional turnout, we recognize that some guests experienced traffic delays and parking challenges. We understand how frustrating that can be and want to express our genuine appreciation for your patience and perseverance.
The safety and comfort of our guests are always top priorities. Our team is actively reviewing this year’s logistics and working with local authorities and transportation partners to explore enhancements for future shows.
Thank you again for making the Toledo Air Show such a memorable event. We are proud to celebrate aviation, honor service, and give back to the community we call home.
