Dear Family,
We’ve received a lot of questions about the reunion today - specifically about the deadlines! To clarify, there is NO deadline to purchase tickets for the reunion! We appreciate the early sign-ups helping us with headcounts, but walk-ups are absolutely welcome.
The deadlines are only for the 3 things below, but to make sure that no one misses out, we’ve extended them 1-week to July 4th!

1. Family Reunion Merchandise: Merchandise is available by online-order only. It will not be sold onsite during the event, so the deadline (7/4) is your last chance to order to ensure you receive it before the reunion.
2. Private MLK Adult Home Tour: We need a minimum of 35 family members signed up for this private tour by the deadline (7/4) for it to be confirmed. If we don't meet the minimum headcount, the tour will be canceled.
3. Discounted Rooms at the Headquarters Hotel: After the deadline (7/4), any unreserved rooms in our block will be released to the public, and our family discount will no longer be honored. (You only need a credit card to hold the room today. No payment is required until check-in!)
