(AED) "I can tell you I didn't have to read a thing, you just look at the diagrams. It starts to then immediately tell you what to do, like 'Don't touch the patient.' At one point, it finally said to administer a shock and this red button was flashing," Zehr said, describing of the moment he knew he had to push the button.❤️

An AED in 17-year-old Luke Anhalt's high school gym and a basketball coach who acted quickly saved his life.

ATTENTION: THERE WILL NOT BE A RUN THIS YEAR!
My family and I would like to THANK EVERYONE who has supported and made the Michael Ellsessar Sutton Family Fun Run such a tremendous success these past three years! Three ladies in particular Amy Sullivan, Cheryl Bechunas & Lisa-Jean Clifford who thought up this amazing idea and put their heart and soul into it and were the driving force behind it, THANK You and your beautiful families for all your love, support, compassion, hard work and a job well done.

Thank you to all of our dear friends and family who have workd hard and raised money, sought out sponsors, the SHS students, Mike's classmates and friends, the DJ, the band, the PTO & Teachers, All the volunteers, those that secured raffell items , organized games, ran the timers, handed out water and snacks, worked with facepainting, ran and worked with the kids run or helped out in any way, THANK YOU! We are forever grateful.

To all the runners, walkers, kids, parents, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, supporters, friends & family that came today, donated, participated in and helped out in the Michael Ellsessar Sutton Family Fun Run.... THANK YOU & GOD BE WITH YOU!
Today was a wonderful day and thanks to each and every one of you this marvelous event gets bigger abd better each and every year. Your support, generosity, compassion, prayers, friendship and love are greatly appreciated by me and my family. We know that Mike (up in Heaven) is very proud of each and everyone of you for all that you do to honor him and support us in is cause. With your help we are turning his tragady into a triumph!

Hello FB world!!!! For those of you who pre-registered for the 5k there will be a number pick-up this Friday, May 17th, from 3-6pm for your convenience. Please feel free to come by and pick up your number and t-shirt. If you are unable to get there no worries, there will also be a table race day for those who pre-registered. Thank you and please please please, spread the word!!!! Come registier race day, plenty of numbers available and lots of fun to be had!!!!!
