Sweet Corn Festival Named one of the best food festivals in the Midwest, the Sun Prairie Sweet Corn Festival is always held the third full weekend in August.

The featured food is 80 tons of Wisconsin grown sweet corn served with savory butter and sprinkled with salt. Parade: Wednesday, August 16, at 6PM followed by a Block Party at Cannery Square with live music from The Dirty Birds until 9PM. Carnival Wristband Nights:

🌽🎉 Looking Back at Corn Fest 2025! 🎉🌽

It’s hard to believe it’s already been three weeks since we filled the streets of Sun Prairie with community spirit, and great music!

✨ Our Sweet Corn Festival Parade & Block Party was packed with colorful floats, energetic performers, and smiling faces from all around the community.

🎶 We capped off the night with great food, cold drinks, and a rockin’ performance by The Dirty Birds!

💛 A heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers, sponsors, parade participants, and everyone who came out to celebrate. Corn Fest wouldn’t be what it is without you!

🌽✨ What a blast in the Kids Area at Corn Fest 2025! ✨🌽

From giggles in the corn pit and shouts of “Bingo!” 🎉 to climbing high on the rock wall 🧗, feeding furry friends at the petting farm 🐐, and getting the coolest balloon animals 🎈—our Kids Area was packed with smiles, laughter, and endless fun!

We loved seeing kids of all ages enjoying temporary tattoos, games, and so much more. 💛

👉 Thank you to all the families who joined us and made these memories so special! We can’t wait to see you back next year for even more excitement, bigger adventures, and plenty of corn-filled fun. 🌽💫

🌟 Sunday at Corn Fest was filled with fun, learning, and unforgettable moments! 🌟

We listened to an informative presentation from our Wisconsin Honey Queen about bees 🐝 and the importance of pollination, and we even got to make our own butter with Alice in Dairyland 🧈. What a sweet way to wrap up the weekend!

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Gorilla Movers of Wisconsin, Inc. for helping us with both the set up and tear down of the Sweet Corn Festival! Your help, your teamwork, and of course your big truck that transports all the pieces of our festival back and forth make such a difference. We couldn’t do it without you! 🚛✨

We also want to give a shout-out to the Sun Prairie East Cardinals Football for pitching in during set up before the festival, and the Sun Prairie West Football for tackling the tear down afterward. Your energy and teamwork keep this community tradition going strong! 🏈💪
