Many of my artist friends have asked me about this so I’m putting it on my business page. If you were wondering why I haven’t posted new
work, it’s because I havent painted much at all.

🧑‍🎨Most of you know that I had a heart transplant 4 yrs ago. Well the heart is doing good but the meds that I have to take have done a number on my kidneys. I’m on dialysis now and I need a kidney transplant . The doctors have urged me to try and find a living donor, they tell me it’s the best and fastest way . It’s hard to ask someone for a kidney but waiting for a cadaver donor might take years. 😣

City Gallery will host the 2024 Piccolo Spoleto Juried Art Exhibition during the festival's run from May 24 through June 9, 2024. Deadline for artwork submission is April 8th!

I started this 24x36 painting last week and I wasn’t happy with the direction it was going. This morning I reworked the sky. So far, so good. Painting is physically demanding. After painting for about an hour, my back aches, my shoulders hurt and my arthritis in my wrist is killing me. Getting old sucks .😆
