Thank you all for attending our event! The Sullivan County CEO class had a blast hosting and are very glad that you all had a good time. We would like to congratulate all of the dancing pairs, the all had lovely performances on the dance floor. The crowds reactions were great, we had lots of cheering even during active performances.
Allison Lane and Cop Carl Melchert won the judges’ choice award.
Sarah Francis and Maddison Barbarick won the people’s choice award as well.
Rachel Reed was our highest fundraiser, raising $315!
Our most committed trainer was Lillie Branson, she got her dancing partner, John Lee, to go to the high school when the studio wasn’t open.
Thanks to the Sullivan County CEO board for helping us along our journey and making sure that we were still able to host you all in the snowy weather.
Thank you to the DJ of the night, Williams DJ Service, his timing was on point when the dancers were ready.
Thank you to Joe's Italian Foods and Alyssa's Custom Cakes and Treats for the dinner and dessert, the food was absolutely delicious!
Thank you to Acorn Ridge Reception Barn for allowing us to use your stunning and beautiful venue and furniture.
Thank you to the Shelburn Police Reserve Association Corp. for hosting the silent auction during the night, we hope the people enjoy the items that they won.
One final thanks to everyone who stayed afterwards to assist in the clean up, we got it finished quite swiftly because of the help.
Again, thank you all so much for the support in these months leading up to our event, and support during the night. We are so happy that you all enjoyed the night. Here is some further information about the silent auction. The silent auction will be hosted by Shelburn Police Reserve Association Corp., but you can bid for the items at our event. Some of the items include gift baskets from the Sullivan County Library and Sue Nicol. Along with other pieces such as a cake certificate from Alyssa's Custom Cakes and Treats, and other types of packages. If you wish to partake in the silent auction, please bring cash or checks, they will not take card payments. At the end of the evening, they will collect your payment and you will receive your item. We don't want to give them all away though, if you're interested come and check out the display that will be held in 4 hours!

It is official! The Sullivan County CEO board members have given us the all clear to host you all tonight! We truly can not thank them and you all for your patience with us and the time that they have committed to our event! The dancers are ready to perform for all of you in a few hours! As for the weather, there is a minor change in dress. The theme remains overall semi-formal, however, if you would rather dress warm, the dress is not a requirement. For those attending tonight's event, please be aware of the roads when driving. We want everyone to arrive safely. For one last time, here is the agenda for the night:

5pm: Ticket check-in and doors open
Be sure to bring your tickets to be let inside.
6pm: Doors will shut and dinner service will begin
If, however, you have to come in past 6 and have a ticket, you will be allowed inside, but may miss some announcements
The dinner service will be brought to you by Joe's Italian Foods and the desserts following will be from Alyssa's Custom Cakes and Treats.
During this time, the silent auction, which is hosted by the Shelburn Police Reserve Association Corp., will be open for bids. If you plan on bidding, please bring cash or checks, as they will not be taking any card payments. The silent auction will close at 6:25, and will be announced at the end of the night.
6:20pm: The beginning announcements will start
6:30pm: The announcements close and the first act will perform, Isabella Norris and Amber Hunt
6:35pm: Second act will go on, Sarah Francis and Maddison Barbarick
6:40pm: Third act will go on, Josey Mckinley and JD Wilson
6:45pm: Fourth act will go on, Hannah Russel and Jamie Lamb
6:50pm: Fifth act will go on, Allison Lane and Cop Carl Melchert
7pm: Mid-way intermission to allow dancers to have their dinner and dessert services
7:35pm: Sixth act will go on, Lillie Branson and John Lee
7:40pm: Seventh act will go on, Bel Gentry and Michelle Tracy
7:45pm: Eighth act will go on, Allyson Wegner and Matthew Price
7:50pm: Ninth act will go on, Rachel Reed
7:55pm: Closing announcements, dancer awards, silent auction winners and goodbye wishes
8pm: Building empties and clean up begins

Good afternoon everyone. Currently the timing of the event is now in debate. The Sullivan County CEO board are awaiting feedback from the EMA about the weather advisory. Safety to and from the event for everyone in attendance is the main priority. We will update you all as soon as we have received confirmation that the event can still go on tonight or not.

Good afternoon everyone! We would like to announce the new DJ that will be servicing us tomorrow. Williams DJ Service is going to be taking over the music and controlling the ambiance of the night. We would like to individually thank Springer Insurance and Financial Services! They have given us a fantastic insurance deal for our event and we are very glad to have had their assistance. The event is only 3 days away, this Friday, January 19th! The doors are open at 5pm, we are heavily excited to greet you all!

Lovely Morning Everyone! Our event is coming up quick, this Friday! As a reminder, here are the event details. Dancing with the Sullivan Stars is a semi-formal event, so dress accordingly. We will be catered by Joe's Italian Foods for our dinner and Alyssa's Custom Cakes and Treats for our dessert. Upon entry at 5pm, you and your guests will show your tickets to our ticket master to be let inside. At this point, you will also receive the program for the night. The dinner service will start once every guest has arrived and the doors shut, around 6pm. If you have special dinner accommodations, your meals will be held separately, simply ask our staff and state your name to receive your meal. Guests are given an hour to eat, during this time we will also hold our beginning announcements. The first ACT will perform at 6:30pm, and the ACTs will follow until the mid-way intermission, at 7pm, to give the dancers time for their preparations. There will be some minor announcements during this point as well. ACT performances will continue at 7:35pm. At the end of the night around 7:55pm, we will give our closing announcements, including the winners of the night, and wish everyone a lovely weekend. We are very excited to see you all in 4 days!

We would like to individually thank Sullivan County Community Hospital! The CEO of the hospital is the secretary for the Sullivan County CEO program. Her and the rest of the board are very supportive and we appreciate everything that they have done for us. We thank you for your further support in our event. We would like to individually thank Kup Of Joy by Kara’s Kupcakes! This business has been previously involved with the Sullivan County CEO class earlier in the year for the breakfast social. Now an explanation as to why Kup Of Joy by Kara’s Kupcakes was on there twice is because they sent us $100, so we gave them the equivalent in 2 bronze sponsorships. We are very thankful and appreciative for your support and continued involvement in our festivities. Our event is only 5 days away on January 19th! We hope to see you all when doors open at 5pm!
