This road was paved in 2001. The Village of Carol Stream annexed the road in 2017. The road was in bad shape and the Village needed to buy some time before they could resurface. The Village decided to immediately treat the road with CRF Restorative Seal to prolong its life until it was able to be replaced. Well, that day has come in 2023. The next photo of this road will show that it is thirsty for Reclamite!

Half of this road was paved and immediately treated with Reclamite Maltene Based Emulsion in 2012. Photo was taken in April 2023.

The surface of the treated portion is dry and protected. The untreated portion is saturated, cracked and raveled.
