!!!HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
it has been the absolute best season we’ve ever had and it all culminates tonight for our fifth and final fright from 8pm-midnight.
we will NOT be running a PG-rated haunt devoid of actors like we have in previous years. although we will be giving out candy starting at 5pm today. so definetly come trick-or-treat here and check out the decorations.
the normal haunted house will begin at 8 oclock.
**remember, no unaccompanied minors! any and all guests must be 18 & over or have someone over 18 on site with them. this rule has improved things drastically for all guests and volunteers. **

!!FREE HAUNTED HOUSE TONIGHT!!
Friday Oct 24th 8-midnight!!
night 4 of 5 is upon us and we are ready to scare everyone who shows up.
*no unaccompanied minors*
*no dropping your kids off to loiter for the whole night*
*anyone under 18 MUST have a parent or guardian over 18 nearby to supervise them. we’ve had too much misbehavior in previous years to allow groups of kids and teens to come and hang out all night*

i spent $300 on candy already to give out on Halloween so any and all donations are MUCH appreciated! 😉
venmo or cashapp goes directly to giving out tons of candy to the little ghouls and goblins next week on Halloween 🎃(we’re opened 8-midnight on Halloween)

please be advised of the parking situation on Fernald road in front of the dog park & ball fields. plenty of street parking on the side of the road and please stay out of my neighbors driveways so they dont call the cops again!

thank you all for a fantastic & frightful third night of the season! it was wildly successful!
however, i want to address the parking situation here at thirty knapp road haunted house as last week one of my neighbors decided to be a karen and call the police because people were “using their driveway to turn around”🤦🏻‍♂️
so this week i have made a few signs in an effort to direct traffic down onto Fernald Rd.
after you pass the haunted house here at Thirty Knapp Road, make a left and park on the street that is in front of and leading you towards the dog park and ball fields (thats Fernald Rd) there is plenty of street parking along the woods and in front of the dog park and its a very short walk to the haunt. PLEASE drive carefully and stay out of my neighbors precious driveways.

we open for night four of the season this friday october 24th from 8pm - midnight, with our final show of the season on friday Halloween night.

the spookiest house on the block wants to give a massive THANK YOU to all attendees this year. everyone has been very kind and respectful
and generous and appreciative and WE genuinely appreciate that. myself & everyone who gives their time and energy to create this event have been having an absolute blast scaring the hell out of you this season 😂

thank you parents for accompanying your children and keeping them under control. and thank you to anyone and everyone else from the community who has attended already. we appreciate you all very very much.

we have THREE more weeks worth of madness!!

we’re ready for our third night of the season tomorrow friday october 17th from 8pm-midnight! after that we’ll have friday the 25th and then our culmination on Halloween, friday the 31st.

unfortunately we will NOT be offering our usual PG-rated haunted house sans actors on Halloween day this year because it will simply be too hard to navigate the transition and be prepared for the full haunt on time on Halloween night. however, there are plenty of outdoor decorations, photo ops and candy to be distributed on Halloween day so make sure to still stop by and come trick or treating any time after 5.

🎃HAPPY OCTOBER🎃
Thirty Knapp Road haunted house will reopen for the 2025 season this Friday October 3rd at 8PM and continue to operate the same schedule and hours as usual this year - every FRIDAY IN OCTOBER from 8pm - Midnight.
Absolutely no Saturdays or Sundays and absolutely, definitively NO UNACCOMPANIED MINORS.
We made this decision last year after multiple years of harassment and struggle from the communities youth. and after putting this policy in place we had the most enjoyable experience in many, many years. while this does not mean anyone under 18 is excluded from enjoying the haunt, it just means they must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. it also does not mean that you have to enter the haunt with your children or guests, you just must remain present on the property to supervise them.
i will also add that we have added several new cameras around the property and will share any and all footage of miscreant misbehaving youth on here for public shaming. do not test us! the days of dropping your kids off here for the night to reap the benefits of a free & volunteer based even where they taunt, mock, bother and annoy not only our performers but also the attendees are GONE. no more hitting, slapping, and cursing off our volunteers while they run thru the haunt a dozen times sans donations. this is a fun event for those respectful enough to enjoy it. we host this FREE EVENT put on at a PRIVATE RESIDENCE out of a desire to enjoy ourselves while also creating nice & hilarious memories for like minded people.
that being said, happy spooky season! we are very much looking forward to seeing all our fans, illiciting some screams and tears, altering your brain chemistry and hopefully scaring some new guests as well!!
**warning: this haunted house uses strobe lights, loud music, and live actors to create a quick & fast paced environment that is heavily a sensory overload. BE WARNED**
