Congratulations to this year's recipients of the Tristian Lane Gunn Memorial Bass Tournament Scholarships, Drake Wadsworth and Evan Howe. We wish you both the best on your future endeavors and fishing careers.

We had another great tournament this year and want to thank everyone that came out to fish. We also want to give a big thank you to those that helped work with setting everything up and breaking down, cooking and everyone who made donations, your help and support is appreciated more then you will ever know.

We had 15 teams that fished this year and the winners are:
Big Bass 2nd place went to Todd Branton and Jacob Caraway weighing in at 4.54 lbs. and 1st place went to John Lalena and Shawn Chamberlin weighing in at 7.33 lbs.

3rd place went to Joshua Johnson and Jed Johnson with a total weight of 8.17 lbs.
2nd place went to Todd Branton and Jacob Caraway with a total weight of 11.98 lbs.
1st place went to John Lalena and Shawn Chamberlin with a total weight of 15.69 lbs.

Congratulations to you all on some great fishing!

Again, we appreciate everyone's support with the tournament and helping keep Tristian's memory alive. We couldn't do this without your help and support.

We just wanted to remind everyone that the Tristian Lane Gunn Memorial Fishing Tournament is this coming Saturday, September 10th. Brian will be at Earl G. Williamson park from 4am to 6am with entry forms, just look for our big banner.
We will have food and lots of great raffle prizes to give away (must be present to win). We also have a few hats and tshirts for sale.

It's almost time for this year's Tristian Lane Gunn Memorial Bass Tournament, it will be held on Saturday, September 10th, on Caddo Lake at Earl G. Williamson Park. All of the proceeds raised will go to scholarships given in Tristian's memory. We will have hamburger plates and we will be selling raffle tickets for door prizes, but you must be present to win. We hope to see you there.

We would like to congratulate this year's recipient of the Tristian Lane Gunn Memorial scholarship, Evan Howe. So glad we could help him with his future education. Good luck Evan and we hope God blesses you in all you do.

Below is a copy of our scholarship application. If you know anyone that would like to apply, please have them fill out the form and email it back to us at [email protected] or you can mail a copy to us at Tristian Lane Gunn Memorial Bass Tournament, 269 Burford Rd., Stonewall, LA 71078.
We will accept applications through April 15th and will make a decision by the end of April. The amount of the scholarship/s may differ each year depending on tournament participation, the more people that fish the tournament, the more we can give in scholarship funds.

We had a great tournament this year and want to thank everyone that came out to fish. We also want to send a big thank you to those that helped work with setting everything up and everyone who made donations, your help and support is appreciated more then you will ever know.

We had 21 teams that fished this year and the winners are:
Big Bass 2nd place went to Wayne Watson weighing in at 5.75 lbs. and 1st place went to Geoff Hyatt weighing in at 6.12 lbs.

3rd place went to Jimmy Williams with a total weight of 10.57 lbs.
2nd place went to Terry Digilarmo with a total weight of 10.60 lbs. 1st place went to Wayne Watson with a total weight of 14.82 lbs.

The tournament is coming up this Saturday at Earl G. Williamson Park in Oil City on Caddo Lake and hopefully this rain will move out of here before then. We will have hamburger plates and some good door prizes. We will also be selling t-shirts and hats. All proceeds will go towards scholarships to be given in Tristian's memory.

This year we will have hats and t-shirts for the tournament, shirts are $15.00 and hats are going to be $20.00,we have already pre-ordered some, so if you would like one just let us know!
