DID SOMEONE SAY—BAKLAVA?!! It's the Queen of all pastries and approved my Yia Yia! Take a guess below how many pieces are made for this year’s festival…HINT: It’s more than 2000 and less than 7000. You'll have to wait till Friday for the answer!

It all starts with the walnuts. Then filo and more walnuts. Then cut into uniform diamond shapes. Then just before the festival begins, all the Baklava will be dipped in honey just in time for the 66th Annual Greek Food Festival that kicks off this Friday and runs through Sunday (Sept. 5 - 7th)
