Rodeo update!

Due to rain, the final night of the Tarleton Stampede, originally scheduled to take place at Cowboy Capital Fairgrounds Arena, will now be held at the Doty Rodeo Complex on Saturday, April 18. The evening performance will now begin at 8 p.m.

1PM - FULL Sun + a lot of wind! - Arena is drying out

11 AM - (video) of Stephenville

Arena got about .5-3/4” last night to go with the rain from Wednesday. Wind is blowing out of the north at 20mph with gusts of 30+. If the sun can come out…it’d do wonders! Arena is extremely level with the right amount of slope draining to stripping chute end. It was rolled Thursday night and was really thirsty up until this week.
Parking will be squishy but if vehicles can hang close to the gravel road and still allow traffic to flow, we can make it work y’all! Don’t bring you triple axle LQ. Tonight is the night to bring your bumper pull or light stock trailer 🤠
