Another Hero killed in the line of duty. We can’t bring them back, we can’t stop it from happening again, but we can (and should) honor those fallen. Please spread the word about the Krawl’n 5k coming up on November 12th. There is a virtual option too so EVERYONE can participate and show support. 💙

Ok Krawln' Krew...we're a little less than 12 weeks from the event so I thought I would post a little inspiration for those who may be doubting yourselves. Here's a 5K training program and site that I love for several reasons: 1) it uses distance AND time. 2) it encourages rest days as well as cross-training days...trust me, if all you do is run, you WILL get shin splints...which are not fun and 3) it goes into the importance of the right running shoes and nutrition. Eating right and wearing the right shoes will make your run SO much more enjoyable (that's right, I said it...running can be enjoyable)!!! Don't forget to post pics and training updates along the way. And lastly, recruit some friends!

This year's Krawl'n for the Fallen 5K will be on November 12th and there are options for both virtual AND in-person!

*Our goal is to get 633 participants, each emailed the name and picture of the fallen officer they are running/walking in honor of.

We run, we walk, we move in any way that we can to remember and honor the 633 law enforcement officers who lost their lives in 2021. Please consider joining us, either virtually or in-person. Sign up now and you’ll be ready for November 12th! We'll post updates on this page and encourage you to share pics along the way as well. In addition to honoring these heroes who gave all, you’ll get a very cool shirt (if u sign up for the virtual option, I’ll mail it to you)!

There were 633 officers killed in the line of duty. We would love to get at least 633 participants for this walk/run! Each person participating will wear a name of one of the officers that we lost! The run will be done right before opening ceremonies which will allow all participants to see why we do what we do!

We are starting the planning phase of this year's Krawln 5K. Planning for this year's to be BIGGER and BETTER than last year's. Those from last year know the course.....it is a fun and easy course.
